Stone Wright is Foreplay’s hottest act. While entertaining at the popular L.A. strip club known for catering to the feminine wild, the fever-inducing Aussie with the sex-saturated accent and moves to match is preparing for the audition of a lifetime on the sensational hit reality show Then Prove You Can Dance.
When retired principal dancer and ballerina Emilie Cartier stumbles into his dressing room, she’s still reeling from the one wrong spin that altered her entire life and obliterated her dreams.
After a humiliating public, albeit meteoric, orgasm—the kind so desperate to escape, it took over her body without her brain's permission—and a second, more intimate and deliriously deliberate one, Emilie makes a deal with Stone he helps her get her dancing mojo back and she readies him for his national audition.
But she insists he keeps his wily, wandering hands to himself and his dirty mouth shut. Of course, that’s going to be an extremely hard challenge—one of herculean proportions.
Emilie is not prepared for Stone—the way he spins her mind dizzy, rocks her body into sweet oblivion or dirty dances into her every daydream—and falling in love with him is so definitely not an option.
The closer Stone gets to Emilie, the more he realizes he’d do anything to make her his own. Problem is, he’s a real f*ck-up with relationships. And that means he’s dangerously close to becoming her next major f*ck-up.
What happens when all of the emotional layers—along with the stage props, their dancewear and every last shred of their clothes—are ultimately stripped?

This was amazing!!! One of very few books you can call exceptional. Emilie is a former prima ballerina. She meets super sexy Aussie stripper Stone and these two are combustible! Both of them had passionate careers that were unexpectedly taken from them but they find new passion in each other. Stone is entering and national dance competition and calls on Emilie to train and prepare him."This is what it's like to be stripped. Exposed to one another in the deepest of ways. Stripped of all false pretenses, stripped of the words and fumbling that become obstacles when lovers talk-when they're afraid to be seen for who and what they truly are and how they really feel-when they're terrified to be exposed."
The dance scenes are amazing in this. I have loved this writer for a while (love Brothers of Ink and Steele) but this book took her to a whole new level. She writes so vividly you feel you are right there watching these two so wrapped up in each other. Their relationship evolves so organically. A chance hot meeting, to a shared love of dancing, to working together, to passionate lovers, to a beautiful happy ending.
"I'll always remember that he was the catalyst, the savior who pulled me out of myself-out of the vortex and whirlwind I couldn't get out of alone."
And let me just say the sex scenes are so intense and so hot I was shaking while turning each page.
This was a special unexpected love story and I can't recommend this one enough. Sigh...

Stripped A Romantic Comedy Standalone edition by Allie Juliette Mousseau Nicole Hewitt Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
When the closed off Ballerina meets the Australian Stripper all bets are off in this witty, sexy tale of following your dreams and heart no matter where that path takes you, not letting anyone stand in the way of doing what is right for yo. Healing of body and soul, and the power of dancing, singing and sex are more healing powers than some people give them credit for!
This is a first time read for me by this author, loved the hilarious banter- sexual innuendos at every turn, ( the produce bit even my husband found amusing) riddled with some heart squeeze moments, and frustrating drama.
I was all in from the very start! This book has been sitting on my TBR for far too long! I am so glad I finally had a chance to read this and am looking forward to checking out more books by this author!

“Oh, yeah.”
“But New York?
“I love you more than New York.”
Allie Juliette Mousseau’s latest release of Stripped isn’t the first book I have purchased from her. Allie isn’t a one hit wonder, or an author you overlook. Each of her novels, get better and better. I haven’t found a novel from her I haven’t liked. And Stripped was one for me, I will enjoy time and time again.
Stripped is a book, yes you can guess from the title. The man hunk, Stone Wright happens to be a stripper. But don’t let this fool you. I was sucked in from the first time, Stone said “Sunshine.”
Stone Wright is a man of many talents. Real Estate by day, Dancer at heart, and Stripper by night, Stone will have you second-guessing yourself throughout this book.
Just like you aren’t prepared for what Stone has in store for you, you can bet Emilie Cartier is right there with you. From the first moment meeting this man at the unconventional time, to having this Australian hunk from down under literally taking Emilie to a new high on stage. Emilie Cartier hadn’t given much in her hopes in finding a new start in life, as most of us do. We have a hard time coming to grips with changes, and Emilie has her share of changes she has to adapt to. With Stone’s help, he shows her how things he endured changed him. He will lead Emilie through experiences she thought she would never see again. You will not be disappointed in reading how their story unfolds. Seeing the chemistry sky rock off the pages, seeing how a new page in life can be the best thing for you.
Their love for music will inspire you, as it inspired them to find a love a lot of people aren’t able to find. Trust me in saying you will want to read this novel. Fair warning though, you might want to try an Australian kiss afterwards.
Take a little bit of Magic Mike, Step It Up, Think You Can Dance, mix in a Sexy, Aussie and you got Stripped. This was a sexy, witty, fun, and hot romantic comedy to read. It had me at Stripper and the Ballerina.
Emilie Cartier a principal dancer with the Ny Ballet had her world crashed and burned. So she left Ny behind and went to Ca for summer to visit her BFF Violet. Who talks her into going to a strip club to let loose. Where she meets Stone Wright. A hot, sexy, cocky Aussie stripper/dancer. Stone brings her on stage where she gets a little bit more than she bargains for. )
Stone asks Emilie if she would coached him for a dance competition. She agreed but with some rules. But with Stone some rules were made to be broken.
Found this love story sweet and refreshing to read. Love the dance scenes. I could picture Stone and Emilie dancing like Fred & Ginger. The funny banter between these two had me cracking up. The gifts Stone gives Emilie hilarious. This was such a great rom-com to read. Allie Juliettte Mousseau did a wonderful job.
